Here are a few quick tips to get you out of the bathroom and on your way fast!

The Basics

Going out for drinks with the girls or, more private, a date with the guy you have been crushing on? Here are a few tips for work wear and night wear!

Women these days over do makeup too much. There are a few key essentials to dress any women up. All you need is foundation, blush, eye liner, mascara, and lip stick. While your first week may take longer, your makeup application time should only take five to ten minutes. Once you find your colors, experiment with your “going out” look. The one thing that always changes a look is your eye shadow!

Foundation:

If you need a cover up, I would recommend Estee Lauder Lucidity. It is a light-diffusing makeup and is SPF 8. This stuff works wonders! For a soft powder, try Perfectly Real Compact Makeup by Clinique. To add some color to your cheeks apply Benefit Dallas. Tip: if you are out and about looking pale, pinch your cheeks to bring color to them! You can find all of this at Macy's.

Eye Shadow:

Eye shadow can spice up any ones look. For a day time look, use a light shadow. Try Benefit’s Lana Look Creaseless Cream Shadow-Liner in either Birthday Suit or RSVP. For an evening look try something darker and more risky. Brush the bottoms of your eye lids with Beneift’s Betty Look Strut and then use the Towne Car in the crease of your eye lid. Line the bottom eye with either black or brown liner. Try Clinique’s Quickliner for Eyes. To finish up your eyes, use MAC Splashproof Mascara. All of these products can be found at Macy’s.

Lips:

For your lips, try to stick to neutral colors. Get something that matches your skin tone. Usually a tan/red color seems to treat women the best. For a long lasting color, try Avon’s Lip Radiance. This amazing cosmetic is now 50% off, $3.49. At that price it is definitely a must have! Try my favorite colors, Berry Bliss and Naturally Nude! Small lips, try Avon’s anew clinical plump & smooth lip system.

Hogwarts: a school we all want to attend!

Gryffindor: a house we would all love to live in!

Quidditch: a game we all want to play!

Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Rubeus Hagrid and Albus Dumbledore are people we all want to meet! Or should I say Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Robbie Coltrane, and Richard Harris?

J.K. Rowling’s book and Warner Brother’s movie have earned well over billions of dollars! I certainly have to say J.K. Rowling’s talent has won me over! I am in love with the Harry Potter books and am always there opening night to attend the Harry Potter movies! One of my favorite memories is watching Harry struggle through his first game of Quidditch!

Quidditch:

What you will need:

Three Chasers, One Quaffle, One Keeper, Two Beaters, One Seeker, Two Bludgers, One Golden Snitch, 6 Goalposts: fifty feet high, Clubs and Brooms: Firebolt is at the top of the market!

How to Play:

The three chasers throw the Quaffle to each other and try to throw it through the goal post to score. You earn 10 points each time the Quaffle is thrown through the goal post.

The Keeper flies to the goals to prevent the other team from scoring.

The two bludgers are big, heavy balls that fly around trying to knock players off their brooms. Luckily there are two beaters who have large clubs and try and knock the bludgers towards the opposing team. The seeker flies around looking for the golden snitch. When the seeker manages to catch the snitch the game is ended and the team that caught it is awarded 150 points!
