occurs to help ensure that any commissions you might earn are properly credited

to your Twists, compute commission checks and maintain your Member account. ZestBit.com
may also store and use your personal information for its own internal mailing and
database purposes. The composite tracking information generated by cookies, as outlined
above, may be shared with third parties for the purpose of documenting site activity
and other trends. In the course of our day-to-day business, we may employ outside
companies and individuals to perform functions for us, such as removing duplicate
information from customer lists or providing database analysis. These vendors have
access to the personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not
use it for other purposes. All special-offer emails distributed by Belcaro Group,
Inc. d/b/a ZestBit.com, have simple opt-out mechanisms should you decide you do

Your privacy as related to our Affiliate Stores
In order to grant your commission checks, our Affiliate Stores pass back to us the
amount of your order, as well as your unique customer ID. With these two pieces
of information, we are able to make sure any commissions earned go to the right
person. ZestBit.com's site contains links to our Affiliate Stores. Each of these
stores maintains its own privacy statement and we encourage you to read these individual
policies. We can neither enforce nor monitor the privacy policies of Affiliate Stores.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to our Site, ZestBit.com. ZestBit.com does not
bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of third party Web sites including
all framed sites. Moreover, ZestBit.com disclaims all responsibility for the subsequent
use of an email address or any other personally identifiable information you have
provided to an Affiliate Store.
How you can change, correct and update your information
As a ZestBit.com member, you can change the information we have on file for you
at any time, simply by clicking on the My Account
link at the top of the page once you are logged in and making
your desired changes. Upon enrollment to ZestBit.com you are given the option to
opt-in to receive email from both ZestBit.com and other ZestBit.com members. You
will only receive these emails if you have selected the option to do so. Although
you are not automatically enrolled to receive emails, you always have the option
to change your email preferences. Once you are logged in click on the My Account
link at the top of the page to change your email preferences.
Additionally, any email you receive from ZestBit.com will allow you the option of
unsubscribing. For your security, you will be prompted to login before updating
any account information. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your email
request or account changes. You may receive several additional emails from us while
we are processing your unsubscribe request.
ZestBit.com will occasionally send emails regarding your account, including but
not limited to forgot password, commissions earned, and other messages administrative
in nature. These account-related emails cannot be opted out of, but will be kept
to a minimum. If you don't wish to receive any account related emails, your only
recourse is to cancel your membership with ZestBit.com. We know that your mailbox
gets full and promise to only email you when absolutely necessary!
Contacting You
ZestBit.com is a social networking community, encouraging communication and interaction
between members. As such, you are given the option to receive emails from other
ZestBit.com members. This is an opt-in action. You will receive emails from other
members only if you elect to do so. In order to protect you and your privacy, our
default action is to opt-out of these emails unless you specifically express an
interest in receiving such emails. Since you must take an affirmative action to
opt-in to receive emails from other ZestBit.com members, you are solely responsible
for the content of any communication sent or received by you through our Site. ZestBit.com
disclaims any and all responsibility for the content and nature of any member correspondence
through our Site.
Miscellaneous
As our company changes and grows, we might sell or buy companies, subsidiaries,
or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred
business assets. Also, in the event that ZestBit.com or substantially all of its
assets are acquired (or Belcaro Group, Inc., the parent company of ZestBit.com participates
in such an acquisition), your member information may be one of the transferred assets.
