Many people give flowers as gifts to show their thanks, praise, thought, and emotion to another. However, many aren't very aware of what each flower symbolizes, or that they even symbolize anything.
Back in the Victorian era, giving flowers to another was a very big deal. People had to carefully select what flower they were going to present because everyone knew each flower, as well as its color and shape, had different meanings.
